This is an excellent qualification for those wanting to gain employment in cafes,

restaurants and bistros.

In this course you will learn hands on preparation and presentation of coffees such as latte and cappuccino using a commercial espresso machine. Course includes organising your work area, providing customer service, grinding coffee, extracting coffee, texturing milk, serving coffee plus daily cleaning and maintenance procedures of your espresso machine.

To obtain this statement of attainment students must successfully complete all required assessment tasks.
